Service contracts
Cornerstone provides Nationwide Comprehensive Service Agreements for all devices. You will enjoy priority service on your nominated devices with specific service levels tailored to your business needs.
All our Service Agreements include telephone technical support via our 1300 number and include a dedicated account manager who is responsible for ensuring that you receive service excellence and we deliver on our guarantee.
All parts and labour (excluding consumable items) are included in our Service Agreement. Our Agreements ensure that you are aware of the total cost of service and repairs and allow you to accurately budget for all service incidents.
Cornerstone will ensure that the Service Agreement is easy for you to manage. You will have one Agreement for all your devices with one common expiry date and one invoice per year, or more often if you prefer.
Our Service Agreements offer flexibility and can include Preventative Maintenance and valet services.
